We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook who believes that great food is crafted with purpose by a team that takes pride in every component. This role is designed for culinary professionals who thrive on technical discipline, precision, and speed within a high-performance environment.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Exacting Execution: Maintain strict adherence to all recipe specifications and plating standards to uphold our commitment to quality and consistency.

  • Technical Precision: Execute all station duties—including complex baking, decorating, and dessert assembly—with accuracy and respect for every ingredient.

  • Refined Technique: Prioritize precise execution and modern methods to elevate every ingredient, ensuring technique matters as much as creativity.

  • Efficiency & Versatility: Manage daily production to minimize waste while utilizing a global toolkit of flavors and techniques.

  • Station Excellence: Maintain professional pride through the cleanliness of your station and the visual impact of your plating.

  • Collaborative Support: Act as a disciplined team member, assisting other stations with prep and service as needed.

As a member of this culinary team, you are expected to:

  • Own the Product: Understand the high standards for quality and ethical practices required for our professional pantry.

Execute with Intention: Bring focus and discipline to every dish, ensuring care is shown in every step of the process.

  • Prioritize Excellence: Maintain a relentless focus on consistency and food safety as the non-negotiable hallmarks of a professional kitchen.

Role Qualifications

 

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume professional kitchen.

  • Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with managers and co-workers.

  • Safety & Standards: Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, cleanliness, and industry best practices.

  • Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Reliability: Organized, reliable, and professional under pressure with dependable attendance.

  • Flexibility: Flexible availability is preferred, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and select holidays

Pay Range

USD $20.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.
