As a Terrain Events Bartender, you are a key part of creating memorable guest experiences. You’ll craft and serve high-quality beverages aligned with Terrain’s seasonal and garden- inspired aesthetic. Hospitality & Guest Experience
Greet all guests warmly as a representative of the Terrain brand.
Provide professional and attentive service throughout the event.
Bartending & Beverage Execution
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency.
Execute both featured and client requested cocktails per brand standards.
Properly pour wine and beer; maintain knowledge of classic and seasonal cocktails, as well as our curated selection of NA drinks.
Setup & Breakdown
Follow setup checklists: stock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and tools.
Maintain visual standards with polished glassware and elegant bar displays.
Assist with service, glassware restocking, and post-event teardown.
Inventory and label alcohol; support full venue reset for the next event.
Guest Safety & Compliance
ID guests under 25 and comply with current laws to ensure responsible alcohol practices.
Refuse service to intoxicated or underage guests with professionalism.
Preferred experience is minimum 2 years bartending
Event catering, banquets, fine dining, or upscale hospitality is a plus.
Certification: RAMP certification required.
Skills: Fast-paced cocktail execution, teamwork, and multitasking under pressure.
Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional with guests and colleagues.
Availability: Must be available for nights, weekends, and some holidays; minimum of 3 shifts/month during peak season (April–December).
Physical Requirements: Able to work 8–10 hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work both indoors and outdoors.
Transportation: Reliable transportation required
Scheduling: Weekly recurring availability required; Typical Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Comfortable with formal event moments (speeches, dances, etc.)
