Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Catering & Events Assistant to join our team for the busy season. This temporary role will support the day-to-day catering operation and assist with large-scale corporate events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation, setup, and breakdown of daily catering orders

 

Deliver food and beverage requests across the facility in a timely and professional manner

 

Support the events team with logistics during large corporate functions (e.g., setup, guest assistance, cleanup)

 

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following food safety and service standards

 

Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests

 

Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Role Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, catering, hospitality, or events preferred but not required

 

Strong communication and teamwork skills

 

Ability to lift, carry, and transport catering items (up to 40lbs)

 

Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and event days

 

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay Range

Starting from USD $18.00/Hr.
