Role Summary

Oversee shifts, encompassing daily decision-making, schedule adjustments, strategic planning, and the consistent upholding of operational standards, product quality, and facility cleanliness.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage market operations and register during business hours.
  • Perform ongoing restocking and pricing of retail packaged goods.
  • Order and inventory retail packaged goods to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with chefs to ensure efficient restocking during peak periods.
  • Strategically reorganize items to enhance visibility and sales during slower times.
  • Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
  • • Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances
  • Provide clear direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
  •  Ensure a safe working and guest environment to mitigate the risk of injury and accidents. Complete accident reports promptly in the event that a guest or employee is injured
  • Aid managers in conducting orientation and oversee the training of new employees
  • Adhere to all cash management and cash register policies, ensuring proper cash management practices are diligently followed by the shift team. Assist management in overseeing cash drawers, cash collection, and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service across all operational areas. Responsibly address complaints, implementing appropriate actions to transform dissatisfied guests into loyal patrons

Role Qualifications

  • Previous customer service and/or restaurant experience is preferred. On the job training will be provided./
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and strong organizational skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professional confidence.
  • Excellent verbal skills to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with our guests.
  • Maintain professional appearance and exceptional grooming standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to assist as needed to ensure all operational standards are consistently met
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
  • Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday AM shifts.

Pay Range

Starting from USD $19.00/Hr.
