Role Summary

Responsible for serving all products with friendly and individualized attention towards each customer. Uphold and improve upon all service standards of URBN Food & Beverage.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • Continues to learn and educate themselves on whole bean knowledge, coffee blends, tea products, bakery items, coffee brewing, and blended products
  • Provides top quality espresso shots for hot and cold beverages
  • Educates our customers on the superior quality of Company products and services
  • Maintains clean service areas
  • Be ready and willing to assist fellow service staff members
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager

Role Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a barista preferred
  • Strong work ethic and excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Personable and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in a standing position for longs periods of time (up to 8 hours)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend and stoop
